Discovering Pilates was a very pivotal moment in my life, I found something that I wanted to practice every day because it created a sense of peacefulness and calm. After a short while I could feel that my body felt stronger, my muscles more toned and I felt taller when I walked, as if my new awareness of my posture had meant I had grown by a few inches.

After two years of self practise I knew I wanted to become a classically trained Pilates instructor so I could teach the original repertoire created by Joseph Pilates. My classes have their foundation firmly routed in the classical method, with contemporary exercises woven into the sequence to create a unique full body workout that will improve mobility, stability, strength, and flexibility throughout the entire body.

My aim for my clients is to create a positive, encouraging and calming environment where they can escape for an hour and move their bodies in a way that feels so good.
