Classes

Explore class options below ranging from small boutique in-person sessions, to online Zoom classes you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

1:1 Coaching

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with private 1:1 coaching via Zoom.

Join me from any location around the world at a time that suits you, with a programme specifically tailored to you and your goals.

I ensure instructions are clear and easy to understand, communicating correct body positioning and alignment so you are able to perform the exercises without the need to look at the screen.

  • 45 minute sessions

  • Easy class scheduling

  • Recommended 1 session per week for optimal results.

In-person classes

Capture the true essence of Pilates with my boutique-style classes hosted at Rownhams House in Southampton. Perfect if you’re looking for form focused guidance in a small intimate setting.

Classes take place every Tuesday 6 - 7pm and 7.15 - 8.15pm and Friday mornings 9.30 - 10.30am

Maximum of 7 participants per session.
